Codename Crown is our most ambitious residential address to date — two slender towers rising 38 floors above a landscaped podium, holding just 228 homes on a 3.2-acre parcel off New Link Road. The brief was simple and unusually strict: fewer homes per floor, more daylight in every room, and a podium that gives back three-quarters of the plot as open ground.

Every residence is a corner home. Four apartments per floor share a single core, so each home receives cross-ventilation on two sides and an uninterrupted view line — towards the Aarey green belt to the east or the city skyline to the west. Ceiling heights of 10 feet 6 inches, full-height glazing and 8-foot-deep sundecks make the living spaces feel considerably larger than their carpet area suggests.
